Stillorgan Village-owner appeals council’s rejection of plan to introduce car parking fees

The owner of Stillorgan Village Centre has been told it cannot introduce car parking fees without clearance from the local council.

Kennedy Wilson, a US investment fund, acquired the south Dublin retail development in 2013 as part of a deal to buy a €306 million portfolio of loans connected to Johnny Ronan's Treasury Holdings.
