Stena Line launches Dublin-Liverpool freight ferry route

The Swedish ferry operator’s new service will fill the gap in the market left by P&O’s exit late last year

Stena Line has launched a new freight ferry service between Dublin and Liverpool, largely in the vein of the P&O Ferries service axed last year.

The Swedish firm said the launch of the new route would boost its freight volumes even further after a record year in 2023 on its Irish Sea operations.
