State exploring creation of land price register

The register could be rolled out as part of the new Land Value Sharing rules, which will be enacted in autumn in a bid to address land speculation

The Department of Housing is scoping out the creation of the first price register of land sold in Ireland alongside the rollout of the new Land Value Sharing rules.
