Smurfit Kappa has reported revenue growth of 36 per cent to €6.4 billion in the first half of the year despite increased costs and supply chain disruption.

The paper and packaging giant reported earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (ebitda) of €1.17 billion in the first half of this year, a 50 per cent increase on the corresponding period last year.
