Sinn Féin TD takes breach of privacy action against Mediahuis and state
Martin Kenny also suing the gardaí and the state over a series of articles published last year which did not name him
Martin Kenny, the Sinn Féin Sligo-Leitrim TD, has initiated High Court proceedings against Irish Independent-publisher Mediahuis Ireland, the gardaí and the Irish state over an alleged breach of privacy.
The action relates to a series of articles published last year, which did not name Kenny.
