Sinn Féin says PRSI rate is ‘out of line’ and ‘businesses know it will increase’

The level of social contributions made by Irish businesses is “out of line” with the rest of Europe and should increase, Sinn Féin’s enterprise spokeswoman has said.

Louise O’Reilly, the Dublin Fingal TD, said however that employers should not have to shoulder all the cost burden of delivering better benefits for workers.
