Sherry Fitzgerald, Ireland’s largest estate agent, was sold to CastleGate Investments, an investment fund controlled by entrepreneur and eShopWorld founder Tommy Kelly. The entirety of the estate business is understood to have sold around €50 million, of which Mark FitzGerald, co-founder and chairman, is set to get approximately €25 million due to his 50 per cent stake in his firm.
