Sharpest dip in investment property returns in Q3 since 2010

New research by JLL Ireland has shown that overall returns have dropped almost 10 per cent year-on-year

Annual returns on direct investment in Irish property recorded the largest decline in more than a decade, a new report from JLL Ireland has shown.

The latest JLL Irish Property Index showed that annual returns “experienced a significant drop” of 9.7 per cent year-on-year in the third quarter of 2023 - the largest decline recorded in the property investment market since the second quarter of 2010, according to the property investment manager.
