Second-hand property prices rising more rapidly this year

Second-hand home prices in Dublin have risen at a more rapid rate in the first three months of this year compared to 2023, new data released by DNG has shown.

On an annual basis, prices of resale residential property in the capital increased by 4.3 per cent in the 12-month period to the end of March, compared to 2 per cent the previous year.
