Ryanair offered Irish pilots wage increases of 0.6%, says union

Fórsa is seeking immediate restoration of pre-pandemic pay and conditions for its members and referred the matter to the Workplace Relations Commission, but Ryanair says it has agreed deals with most of the unions

Ryanair has offered Irish pilots annual pay increases of 0.6 per cent as part of a proposed medium-term wage agreement, Fórsa, the trade union, has said.

The airline, which last week reported record first half profits of €1.37 billion, has been working to seal pay deals with unions across Europe tying members to agreements running to 2026 or 2027.
