RTÉ’s Kevin Bakhurst makes fresh disclosure about exit terms for senior staff

RTE’s former head of strategy Rory Coveney received an exit payment on his post being made redundant, Director General Kevin Bakhurst has said.
But he said the broadcaster will “recoup” the payment by July of this year.
In a statement on Saturday, Bakhurst confirmed that the former Commercial Director Geraldine O’Leary and its former Director of Legal Affairs Paula Mullooly did not receive exit packages when they left the broadcaster.
