RTÉ’s campus at Montrose is not worth anywhere near €300 million, the chief executive of one of the country’s largest housebuilders has said.
On Tuesday, Patrick O’Donovan, the Minister of State for the Office of Public Works, called on the national broadcaster to sell off its Dublin 4 headquarters to help tackle its growing financial crisis and suggested it could fetch “north of €300 million”.
