Room rates at the Shelbourne up 20 per cent since early 2022

The Shelbourne hotel’s average daily rate increased more than 20 per cent on an annual basis in the first three months of the year.
New financial filings for the hotel show its average daily rate was $428.8 in the first quarter of the year, which is €391.41, compared to $354.3 in the same period of 2022.
