Ronan Group moves to build 17-story tower at Citigroup’s docklands HQ

Johnny Ronan’s development firm has applied for permission to demolish the current Citigroup office block in Dublin’s docklands and build a new 17-storey tower.

Last year, Ronan Group agreed to acquire the banking giant’s current European headquarters on North Wall Quay and develop a new office block for the group on a nearby site.
