Boohoo, the fast-fashion company run by Irishman John Lyttle, has settled a bitter boardroom dispute with Revolution Beauty Group, a fashion company in which it holds a sizeable stake.

As part of the settlement deal, Boohoo has agreed to drop its request for a general meeting at which it was planning to overhaul the board of Revolution.
