Revenue up but volumes down at Origin Enterprises

The group expects to deliver full year adjusted fully diluted earnings per share, in the range of 50.0 to 53.0 cent for financial year 2023

Revenue at Origin Enterprises, the Dublin-listed agri-services group, increased 9.3 per cent to over €1.92 billion in the nine months to April 30.

This was despite revenue in its third financial quarter decreasing 15.9 per cent, according to a trading update from the group.

The company said the performance in its third quarter was impacted by more cautious on farm sentiment and poor northern hemisphere in-field conditions which were delaying key crop input applications.
