Rents up 11.7 per cent on first quarter of 2022 - Daft
The average market rent nationwide between January and March was €1,750 per month
Market rents have risen by 11.7 per cent in the 12 months since March 2022, according to the latest report from property website Daft.ie.
However, the quarterly increase has slowed to its lowest level since 2020, with market rents in the first three months of the year up just 1per cent on average compared with the previous quarter.
