Aircraft leasing firm Avolon posted a 91 per cent year-over-year increase in its net income in the first quarter of the year.

Quarter one results showed the that the Irish firm generated $107 million (€99.8 million) in net income in the first three months of the year, which was 91 per cent higher than the $56 million recorded in the same period of 2023.
