Property price spike slows for 12th consecutive month – CSO

Median price of a house purchased in the year to March was €310,000

House prices rose by 3.9 per cent in the last year, driven mostly by a 5.7 per cent increase in house prices outside of Dublin, new Central Statistics Office data show.

Houses in Dublin, on average, rose by 1.7 per cent in the 12 months to March 2023, the figures show.
