Investors are likely to be cautious in the short term despite a slowdown in construction cost inflation, a new report has found.

Commercial construction tender prices increased by 4 per cent in the second half of 2022, down from 7.5 per cent in the first half of the year, according to a new report by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
