Profit & Loss: Powerscourt’s fall, Fortune’s loss, Fossetts’ profit boost

A wee drop for Slazenger family’s distillery

Powerscourt Distillery had accumulated losses of €6.7 million at the end of 2022 after a loss for the year of €1.1 million.

The company had tangible assets of €9.42 million, which was made up of the distillery building and other equipment such as plant and machinery. It had stocks worth €11.9 million, made up of distilled whiskey and works in progress. And its debtors owed it €1.5 million.
