Bertie Ahern’s day out with builder
Developer Greg Kavanagh has been making things happen of late.
He recently bought up a €2.1 million site in buzzy Harold’s Cross with planning permission for 20 homes, and secured planning permission for 84 units in Delgany, Co Wicklow.
More than that, he also sold his 46-home Belcamp Manor estate in Malhide for €24.5 million.
So Kavanagh deserves to celebrate.
