Plan for Charlemont MetroLink station should be scrapped, Jim O’Callaghan says
The Fianna Fáil TD said the metro line should terminate in the city centre rather than at the residential area of Charlemont
The plan for a MetroLink station at Charlemont should not go ahead and instead the line should terminate in the city centre, Jim O’Callaghan has said.
The Fianna Fáil TD spoke to the Business Post after making a submission at the second day of oral hearings on the project.
“The southern terminal should be in the city centre, rather than outside the canals in Charlemont,” he said.
