The Peter McVerry Trust is reviewing the delivery of its entire social housing programme as it looks to “minimise” its activity in the wake of revelations of financial problems at the homeless charity.

The Business Post last week revealed that the organisation was grappling with cash flow issues which have now forced it to curtail its programme of new housing “where possible”, the charity said.
