No plans for Penneys click and collect in Ireland even as Primark extends service in Britain

Primark, the budget fashion chain that trades as Penneys in Ireland, is extending its click-and-collect online service in Britain but has no immediate plans to launch a similar offering in Ireland, the retailer said on Tuesday.

In a market update, the Irish-founded group said it is to roll-out the its click and collect trial across London later this year, allowing customers to buy kidswear and nursery items online and collect from 32 stores this summer.
