A group of Dalkey residents, which includes broadcaster Pat Kenny, have been granted leave for a judicial review of An Bord Pleanala's decision to grant planning permission for a 104-bed nursing home in the area.
Ms Justice Emily Farrell on Monday granted leave for the judicial review, which is being pursued by Kenny, as well as three other local residents, Christopher Herbert, Tom Palmer and Peter Cullen.
