Paddy Cosgrave voted down all the resolutions proposed by his Web Summit co-founders at an extraordinary general meeting held earlier this year, the High Court has heard.

The Web Summit co-founder and former chief executive met with David Kelly and Daire Hickey, who are both suing him for minority shareholder oppression, in January.
