Ownership of a €1.2 million loan at the centre of a dispute between Conor Clarkson and joint receivers is “unclear”, the High Court has heard.

The Celtic Tiger-era property developer, who is being sued via companies he is a director of, also accused receivers appointed over a €2.1 million hotel in County Wicklow of not having a registered charge against the property.
