Outgoing WestRock boss in line for €33.3m bonus following Smurfit Kappa merger

David Sewell, the head of packaging group WestRock, could potentially receive as much as $36.9 million (€33.3 million) after the company’s merger with Smurfit Kappa is completed and he leaves the group, according to reports.
