Online service providers to be subject to legal obligations to make internet safer

Businesses such as Google, Meta and Amazon will all be subject to the new rules being put in place by media regulator

The media regulator will force video sharing platforms such as Facebook and Google’s YouTube to abide by legally binding obligations from next year.
