Michael O’Flynn, the Cork property developer, has secured a hearing date for his Supreme Court appeal against the personal insolvency arrangement (PIA) of his neighbour.

Lawyers for O’Flynn will get to argue his case before the court on June 22 after securing leave to appeal against a High Court ruling earlier this year.
