O’Flynn fails in latest court action against his neighbour

A judge refused the Cork developer’s request in a heated hearing, during which he attempted to have the court recognise a nominal debt

Cork developer Michael O’Flynn failed in two attempts last week to secure a court order in his favour regarding the personal insolvency arrangement (PIA) of his neighbour, which came about as a result of a €2.2 million personal guarantee on a loan agreement.

The row relates to the PIA of John O’Driscoll, O’Flynn’s neighbour and the brother of former Ireland rugby international Mick O’Driscoll.
