O’Flynn asks Supreme Court to hear appeal against neighbour’s insolvency

The Cork-based developer has now taken four separate legal actions against John O’Driscoll’s personal insolvency arrangement

Cork property developer Michael O’Flynn has asked the Supreme Court to hear an appeal against his neighbour John O’Driscoll’s personal insolvency arrangement (PIA).

An application seeking leave to appeal to the Supreme Court was lodged last week and it marks the fourth court action taken by O’Flynn against his neighbour’s PIA. He has also appealed a Circuit Court case he lost last month to the High Court.
