Office space leased in Dublin falls to three-year low

The amount of office space leased in Dublin fell to a three-year low in the first quarter of this year, despite strong construction activity in the sector.

While just under 84,000 sq m of new office space was completed in the first three months of the year, just 16,310 sq m of purpose-built office space was rented by tenants, according to the latest Dublin real estate report from BNP Paribas.
