Office leasing in Dublin drops to lowest level since 2013

Office leasing in Dublin has dropped to its lowest level in over a decade as the post-pandemic lull continues, according to new research.

The figures, released by real estate advisory firm JLL Ireland, found there were only 31 deals signed in the first quarter, covering just 18,000 square metres of office space.
