Nutriband to raise $4m in new Nasdaq offering

Nutriband, the Irish-founded pharma company listed on the Nasdaq exchange, is expected to raise $4 million (€3.69m) from a new offering, newly filed documents show.

The US-headquartered company, which is led by Gareth Sheridan, has a portfolio of products under development that use the same absorption method as nicotine patches.
