Noonan Construction to wind down after 55 years in business

The company said all projects had been concluded and that now the ‘time was right’ to exit the industry

Noonan Construction, a family run housing developer, has entered liquidation as the managing director said the next generation do not want to continue.

The firm, which oversaw the construction of more than 4,500 homes over five decades, notified the Companies Registration Office that a liquidator has been appointed to the firm.
