New Enterprise Ireland chair Michael Carey plans to support ‘full range’ of Irish businesses

Michael Carey, new chair of Enterprise Ireland, has outlined his “initial personal priorities,” which includes providing assistance to businesses “at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey”, ahead of his meeting with politicians on Wednesday.

Carey, co-founder of East Coast Bakehouse and The Company of Food, is the first entrepreneur and client of Enterprise Ireland to hold the role, which he took on in September.
