The commission of investigation into the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) isn’t expected to complete its work until next year after being granted a further extension by the government.

In its 16th interim report submitted to Taoiseach Leo Varadkar last week, the commission, which is led by solicitor Susan Gilvarry, sought a further extension of its work programme.
