Nama accused of ‘walking away’ from costly repairs to car park

Nama has been accused of trying to walk away from up to €2.25 million in remedial works to a business car park in Maynooth, where defects allegedly pose “a severe health and safety risk”.

The contested claim, made by Maynooth Business Campus Owners’ Management Company, is that serious structural defects, including corrosion and cracking, could result in injury from chunks of falling concrete.
