Multinationals redirecting digital services due to limited power capacity in Dublin - Equinix

Several multinationals with Irish subsidaries have recently redirected new digital services out of Ireland due to the constrained power capacity in Dublin, according to Equinix.

The US headquartered data centre developer made the claim in its planning appeal against a local council decision to refuse permission for its planned gas powered data centre at Profile Park, Nangor Rd, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
