Most people want to see a total ban on gambling advertising

A large majority of voters want to see the introduction of a total ban on gambling advertising, according to the latest Business Post/Red C poll.

The Belgian government is to ban all gambling advertisements from July to combat a rise in gambling addiction. Around 66 per cent of people polled here want to follow Belgium’s lead this year and introduce a ban on all gambling adverts.
