More than two thirds of Irish finance workers will seek a pay rise this year

The figures come as part of a new survey which shows Irish workers are more likely to seek a raise than their international peers

Around 71 per cent of Irish finance workers will seek a pay rise this year, according to new data released from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Ireland, significantly higher than the international figure, which stands at 58 per cent.

Although, in order to get that pay rise, half of workers globally are expecting to have to go to another organisation, revealing a challenge for employers to retain talent.
