Developers to be able to apply for funding to help reduce cost of homes
The government is hoping to solve the problem of how to deliver affordable homes at the former Irish Glass Bottle site in Dublin after it announced details of a new cost rental scheme that would allow developers to apply for up to €200,000 in funding per unit.
