Property developer Michael O’Flynn has failed in another attempt to challenge the personal insolvency arrangement (PIA) of his neighbour after a High Court judge found that an application brought by a company he is a shareholder in was “not on”.
Mr Justice Alexander Owens said arguments made on behalf of Ezeon Entertainment Limited were “ingenious” but he “wasn’t persuaded by them”.
