Michael McGrath to meet with Apple, Pfizer, and Google on trip to California
Minister for finance said Irish companies are ‘significant investors’ in the US and that he hoped to strengthen the ‘two-way relationship’
Michael McGrath has travelled to the United States to meet with Silicon Valley firms and IDA client companies in California, including Apple, Intel, and Google.
The purpose of the visit is to promote two-way trade and investment between Ireland and the United States and meet with “key IDA clients” across the tech, internet, and pharma sectors, the department of finance said, with McGrath also meeting representatives of Meta and Pfizer, the pharmaceutical giant, this week.
