Michael Lohan named new CEO of IDA Ireland

Lohan succeeds Martin Shanahan, the organisation’s long-serving boss who stepped down last year

Michael Lohan has been named as the new chief executive of IDA Ireland.

Lehan, who is currently IDA Global Head of Life Sciences and Talent Transformation and Innovation Departments, will take up the role on April 17.

He succeeds Martin Shanahan, who stepped down last year after serving in the role since 2014.

Mary Buckley, who is serving as interim chief executive, will stay in that role until April 16, at which time she will ...
