Mica homeowners lodge first claim in High Court

A Donegal-based block manufacturer allowed non-compliant concrete products to remain on the market when it was aware they were defective, papers filed in the High Court allege.

New papers filed in the court today allege that Cassidy Brothers, one of the companies at the centre of the defective blocks controversy in Co Donegal, completed “misleading” markings on concrete bricks sold in the county.
