A row between developers Pat Crean and Johnny Ronan over the freehold interest in a plot of land in Dublin’s docklands has reignited with the institution of fresh legal proceedings.

Lime Street GP3 Ltd, a Marlet subsidiary, lodged a case with the Circuit Court’s county registrar last year against Ashwalk Investments Ltd, a Ronan group-entity. The case concerns the freehold interest in an area know as “lot 7” behind Marlet’s Shipping Office building.
