The redevelopments of several major sporting grounds in Ireland are heading towards completion with the announcement of €37 million in top-up funding, but it will be some months before Bohemian FC can proceed with plans for an overhaul of Dalymount Park in Dublin.

The government on Wednesday said that additional funding was being provided to a host of projects around the country following delays arising from Covid-19 and construction obstacles caused by the pandemic.
